About this course

The MET Senior Technician - Reaccreditation can be completed in one of two ways, either: Full Assessment or Assessed Outcome Modules (AOM). Please note, the AOM Update route can only be undertaken if the original accreditation has not passed its three year expiry date, otherwise the Full Assessment must be retaken. Learners who qualify for the AOM Update route will only need to: diagnose and rectify a complex electrical fault; remove and refit vehicle suspension, and make a vehicle safe by removing any high voltage safety devices.

Upon completion of this course, candidates will receive another certificate from the IMI that is valid for three years.
